High protein Chicken Quesadilla


here is a meal that you can prepare and can be enjoyed Hot or Cold. Just as you like !

*makes 5 servings


Ingredients:

5 tortillas whole wheat, medium sized

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, low sodium

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1 cup bell pepper colored

Fresh parsley

Olive oil spray

Method:

Add all of the ingredients to one side of the open tortilla. Once you packed the ingredients, fold the empty part of the tortilla over the the other half . Gently mash down on it once you fold it pack in the ingredients.

Spray an non stick skillet with olive oil and set on a medium high heat. Toss in the quesadilla and cook on each side until is golden brown and crispy.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
