Spicy, Crunchy Chickpeas recipe
Here is a heart-healthier snack, quick and easy to made. You can enjoy on your free times with out regretting.
*makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
14 oz canned chickpeas drained
3/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder or substitute with half the quantity of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika powder
sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
Method:
Put the the chickpeas in a bowl and dry them with a paper towel.
Add the olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper, then stir together.
Spread out onto a baking sheet, then bake in the oven for about 30 min at 400 F until they are crisp.
Season with salt and pepper.
