Slow Cooker Chicken Ramen


The ultimate rich slow cooker chicken ramen that easy to prepare and enjoy!

*makes 4 servings

For slow cooked chicken

Ingredients:

4 skinless boneless chicken breast


1/2 cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried basil

1 Tsp honey

Method:

Lay chicken breasts into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker then add all the ingredient and cook on slow heat for 4 hours

Once the chicken is half way thorough the cooking time, take it out and use a fork to have the chicken cut in pieces, and set a side

For Ramen

Ingredients:

4 packets of dried ramen noodle, can be substituted with any preferred noodle

4 cups prepared chicken broth

1 medium carrot, Julienne cut

4 stems green onion

4 boiled egg, cut in halves

1/4 cup cilantro

Pinch of ground black pepper

Method:

place the broth in a sauce pan and get it to boil then add the mix the ramen into it.

Cook the ramen until soften but not fully cooked.

Then the ramen ready, pour it in a bowl and dress up with the vegetables.

Serve immediately
