Rosemary Chicken Kabobs recipe
Tender and juicy that nourish your body in a good way
*makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white vinegar
1 Tsp white sugar (optional)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 Tsp minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
5 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves- cut into 1 inch cubes
Method:
In a medium bowl, stir together the olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper, and sugar. let stand for 5 min. Place the chicken breast and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min.
Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto skewers and discard the rest of the marinade.
Lightly oil the grill gate. Grill the skewers for 8 to 12 min. or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
