Quinoa Pudding recipe


Quinoa is a gluten-free, high in protein that contain all of the essential amino acids the body needs. If you love "Salep", then you will absolutely love Quinoa pudding just with a little twist.

*makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1/4 cup quinoa

1 cup almond milk

vanilla extract

sugar or honey

1 Tsp corn starch

rose water (optional)

Method:

Wash the quinoa. Cook the quinoa according to the direction on the package.

while quinoa is cooking prepare the milk mix. Add the sugar, vanilla extract to the milk and bring to boil. watch it not to get burned. When the quinoa is ready pour in the milk.

Dissolve the corn starch in little of water then add it to the milk. Stir the mixture until it gets thick. Pour it in an oven safe bowl to get it roasted a bit. Enjoy while hot or cold
