Pomegranate Salad


A recipe brought up by aunty, a perfect combination of nutrients your body needs. can be eaten as a meal before a quick work out.

*Makes 10 servings


Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooked bulgur

1/4 cup green lentils

1/2 small red onion, chopped

small bunch of parsley, chopped

1 Tsp dried mint

1 medium sized pomegranate

For the salad dressing:

1 lemon juice

1 Tsp pomegranate syrup

1 Tsp balsamic vinegar

1 Tsp olive oil

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp garlic paste

Method:

combine all the ingredients together and mix it well.

toss in the dressing and serve immediately
