Oatmeal Cake recipe


A simple, quick recipe to boost off your morning

* makes 1 serving

The cake

Ingredients:

1 Egg


1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tsp sugar

sprinkle of ground cinnamon

1/2 Tsp butter

1/4 cup Oatmeal

1 Tsp whole flour

sprinkle of salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

Method:

begin by whisking egg with the vanilla extract in a bowl then add butter to it and whisk again.

stir in the oatmeal, flour, salt and the baking powder and whisk again thoroughly.

prepare a souffle cup covered in butter then pour the mix

place it in the oven preheated into 350 F and bake for 25 min

while waiting on the cake to be ready prepare the grilled apple slices

Grilled apple slices

Ingredients:

1/2 green apple

lemon juice

ground cinnamon

brown sugar

Method:

slice the apple then soak them in lemon juice for moment

prepare a baking sheet to place the apple slices then grill in the oven until they are golden brown

sprinkle the apple slices with the ground cinnamon and the brown sugar while still hot

dress up the cake and enjoy while hot.
