Millet Cake Recipe
A great recipe for anorexic people. It dense in essential nutrients and high in calories that the body needs.
*Makes 8 pieces

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of canola oil
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cans of cream
3/4 cup of Millet flour
1//4 cup of white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup of date paste
punch of sesame seeds
Method:
Preheat the oven on 240 F In a mixing bowl mix well the sugar and oil together until for a minute then add all at once the eggs with the vanilla extract and mix on a medium speed for about 2 minutes. when the mixture start turning into a white add the cream and blend again. Add the remaining ingredients expect the date paste. Mix it so well then divide the mixture into two halves. pour the first half in a round-5inch-pan. cover the top with the date paste then pour over it the rest of mixture. place the pan in the oven for a bout 40 to 45 minutes.
