Homemade Granola
Granola is one of the most nutritious quick meals for breakfast, and great booster for pre-workout meal. Here is a quick and easy recipe you can make
*makes 6 servings
Ingredient:

2 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
1 cup almonds, roasted
1/4 cup shredded almonds
1 cup pistachios
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup coconuts meat (optional)
1 cup raisins
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a sheet pan for spreading. Combine the oats, almonds, pistachios, brown sugar, and coconuts meat in a medium bowl and set aside. in other bowl combine the butter and honey and mix well. Pour the liquids over and mix all well together then spread the mixture on the pan. Place in the oven and toast for about 30 min or until it is golden enough. Toss in the raisins while the mixture is hot and set aside to cool down before serving.
