Homemade Almond and Pistachio Butter

Running out of your fav butter. No worries it is really easy to make your own, cheaper, fresh homemade butter with just few steps
*makes 1 1/2 cup
Ingredients:

3 cups of Almonds or Pistachio
Method:
To speed up the process of warm up the nuts in oven preheated to 250 F for 10- 15 min
In a food processor fitted with "S" blade, place in your nuts and process for about 20- 30 min. stop and scrap during throughout the process.
When the butter is ready all the oils will be released resulting in smoothy creamy texture
Transfer the butter in a sealed glass jar, and store it in fridge for best shelf life
