French Lemon Cake with Berries

Looking for some freshness? Here is an easy quick recipe from the French kitchen

*makes one loaf






Ingredients

4 Eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter melted

1 lemon juice

some water combined with lemon juice to a cup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tsp lemon zest

2 cups white flour

1 Tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1/4 tsp instant Yeast









Method

Start by heating an oven to 350 F then grace a baking sheet

Wisk the egg and sugar first until well mixed

add in butter, lemon juice, vanilla, lemon zest and mix well

in another bowl mix dry ingredients together then shifon folding into liquid mixture

pour the mix into the pan

place in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes

when it cooled down garnish with sliced berries, lemon, and mint
