Feed your brain

It is known that omega-3 fatty acids are good for your health. But the one in particular is, dosahexaenoic acid, or DHA that goes straight to your brain. It is important to cognitive and brain efficiency performance. Studies have shown that deficiency in DHA is associated with mental issues such occasional forgetfulness and a greater risk of Alzheimer's disease in later years.

The 2015-2020 Dietary Guideline for Americans recommends adults to consume at least 8 oz of seafood per week. This can be workable as 2 servings of 4 oz of fish such salmon, tuna, or mackerel.
