Chicken Tikka Masala


An indian recipe consists of grilled chicken mixed with Indian spices. Here the recipe is prepared with some twist to make it more nutritious.

*makes 4 servings

Ingredients:


1 kg chicken breasts cut into cubes

1 medium size tomato

3 Tsp tomato paste

1 garlic clove minced

1 tsp ginger ground

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

2 cream cans

1 tsp Masala spices

1 tsp turmeric

chopped parsley for garnish

For socking the chicken:

1 lemon Juice

1 tsp ginger ground

1 garlic clove minced

1 tsp sea salt

1 small yogurt container

3 Tsp olive oil

Method:

After socking the chicken cubes in the previous marinade for an hour. Place the chicken cubes in a medium sized pot on a high heat then stair it until the juice is dried out.

Transfer the chicken into a bowl and let it for a while. In the same pot mix the tomato, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, and the masala spices and stir it for about 2 min.

When it starts boiling add the cream to the mixture then transfer back the chicken cubes and mix it well then garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
