Be Sweet on Berries and Cherries
If you forgetful person, it could be due to lack of sleep or other reasons such genetic, level of physical activity and lifestyle. Good to know that diet can contribute to improve the state of your mind and improve the health of your memory. One type of foods that boos your memory are berries specially the dark ones such blackberries, blueberries and cherries. They are rich sources of anthocyanin and flavonoids. Enjoy a handful of berries for a snack, mixed into cereal or baked into antioxidant-rich dessert.
