BBQ Chicken Salad

*makes 4 serving

Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast
1/2 cup lettuce
1 medium tomato
small can corn
1/2 cup red beans
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Halloumi cheese
Tortilla, cut into strip and fried
Sauce
Add equivalent amounts of ranch sauce and BBQ sauce and mix
Method
Marinade the chicken with salt and pepper well and grill on a hot pan on both sides for about 2 minutes.
cut the vegetables and mix well and place on a large plate. add the both type of cheeses on the top and dress with the sauce. then top on with tortillas
