Apple Arugula Salad Recipe


A healthy, hearty salad that you could enjoy any time, not mentioning a salad the your hair will absolutely Love !

*makes 2 servings


Ingredients:

Salad:

1 cup of baby arugula

1 small green apple

1 medium size avocado

2 Tsp dried cranberries

Dressing:

1 large lemon juice

Pinch each salt and black pepper

3 Tsp olive oil

1 Tsp white vinegar

Method:

Prepare the salad ingredients in a large bowl as well as the dressing then toss it in at the time of serving to keep the freshness and taste.
