Looking for a dense meal nutritious where is very suitable for a high tensity after-meal workout. This recipe is right one.

*makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1/2 kg beef cut, tenderloin

2 Tsp unsalted butter

1 cup chopped red onion

5 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne red pepper

2 small serrano pepper

1 Tsp tomato paste

1/2 cup tamarind juice

1 Tsp parsley, chopped

Method:

place the meat in a large pot on a hight heat and let it cook for a few minutes until in turns brown in color. add the onion to it and garlic and keep staring. when the onion is caramelized add the rest of the ingredients tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and cayenne, and serrano peppers. within a minute add the tamarind juice and stair for a while then let the meat cook for an hour to 2 hours on a low medium heat. during that time make sure the liquid is not absorbed all of it otherwise add water a little bit in between to keep the moist. when the meat is ready add the parsley on the top to garnish and serve immediately
